Overview
EvangelOS provides an Audit Log that records actions taken by staff users in your account. This helps you maintain accountability and investigate any unexpected changes. Audit Logs are available on the Complete plan.
Accessing Audit Logs
Go to Settings → Audit to view your organization's audit log. You must have the site_admin role or the org:audit_logs permission to access this tab.
What Gets Logged
The audit log captures key actions performed by staff users, including member record changes, user role updates, communication sends, and settings modifications. Each entry shows the timestamp, the user who performed the action, and details about what changed.
Filtering and Searching Logs
You can filter the audit log by date range and by user to narrow down activity. Use these filters when investigating a specific change or reviewing a period of activity.
Two-Factor Authentication and Session Security
EvangelOS uses WorkOS AuthKit for all authentication, including two-factor authentication (2FA), session management, and password policies. These security settings are managed through your WorkOS organization settings, not within the EvangelOS application UI. If you need to enforce 2FA or configure session policies, contact your EvangelOS administrator or refer to your WorkOS dashboard.
Subscription Requirement
Audit Logs require the Complete plan. If you are on the Essential or Growth plan, upgrade at Settings → Billing to gain access.
