This feature is built directly into your Events, allowing you to manage your event calendar and your volunteer teams all in one place.
You can manage your volunteer teams from the profile page of the event they are serving at.
Navigate to the "Events" page from the main menu.
Find and click on the event you want to schedule volunteers for (e.g., "Sunday Service" or "Fall Festival").
On the Event Profile page, find and click on the "Volunteers" tab.
On this page, you can create the teams you need for this specific event (e.g., "Welcome Team," "Nursery Workers," "Production Crew").
Once you have a team, you can:
Add Volunteers: Search for and add members from your EvangelOS database to assign them to a team.
Set Roles: You can often assign a specific role (like "Team Lead" or "Greeter").
Send Notifications: Once your schedule is set, you can send a notification to your team, letting them know they've been scheduled.
This gives your team a central, organized place to see their assignments and helps you ensure every role is filled for your event.
