Managing Your Account and Billing


This guide covers how to manage your EvangelOS subscription, update your payment information, and view your billing history.

We've made this process simple and secure, so you can easily manage your account details with confidence.

How to Access Your Billing Settings

Only users with Admin permissions can access the billing settings.

  1. Click on your organization's name in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select  Church Settings..

  3. On the Settings page, navigate to the Billing tab.

What You Can Manage in Your Billing Settings

This page is your central hub for everything related to your EvangelOS subscription.
  • View Your Current Plan: See which subscription plan you are currently on, including any features or limits associated with your plan.
  • Manage Payment Methods: Securely add, update, or remove the credit card or bank account used for your subscription payments. We partner with Stripe to handle all payment details, ensuring your information is always secure.
  • View Billing History: Look through a list of your past invoices and payments. This is helpful for your church's financial records and budgeting.
  • Change or Upgrade Your Plan: If you need to add more features or capacity, you can manage your subscription level directly from this page.
