Setting Up a Guest Giving Page
Overview
EvangelOS includes a Guest Giving page that lets anyone — including visitors and non-members — give online without logging in. The page is accessed via a unique public URL generated for your organization. Online Giving requires the Growth or Complete plan and an active Stripe Connect account.
Prerequisites
- Growth or Complete plan subscription
- Stripe Connect onboarding completed (see Settings → Integrations)
site_admin role or org:settings permission
Finding Your Guest Giving URL
- Go to Settings → Advanced.
- Scroll to the Public Access Tokens section.
- Your Guest Giving URL will appear in the format
https://[your-domain]/give/[token]. - Copy this URL to share on your website, social media, or printed materials.
Rotating Your Public Tokens
If you need to invalidate your current public URLs (for example, if a link was shared somewhere you didn't intend), you can rotate your tokens from the same Settings → Advanced → Public Access Tokens section. Note that rotating tokens invalidates both the Guest Giving URL and the Member Connect Form URL simultaneously, since they share the same token. Update any links you have published after rotating.
How Giving Works for Guests
Visitors to your Guest Giving page can select a fund, enter a donation amount, and complete payment via Stripe. They do not need to create an account. Donations appear in your Finance records and are attributed to the fund they selected.
Troubleshooting
If your Guest Giving page shows an error, verify that your Stripe Connect account is fully onboarded and active in Settings → Integrations. Giving pages will not function if Stripe onboarding is incomplete.
Subscription Requirement
Online Giving features require the Growth or Complete plan. If you do not see the Public Access Tokens section in Settings → Advanced, confirm your plan in Settings → Billing.
