The Evangel AI Assistant (which you can find in the side menu) is perfect for when you have a question. But your helpful partner, Evangel AI, is also working for you in the background—even when you don't ask.
It does this by proactively looking for important patterns, trends, or opportunities in your church's data and bringing them to your attention. We call these AI Insights, and you can find them right on your main Dashboard.
You don't need to do anything to set this up. The AI is always securely and simply analyzing your data (like attendance, giving, and member engagement) as a helpful assistant.
When it finds something that a busy pastor or admin might want to know, it creates a simple, plain-English "insight" and presents it to you. It's designed to make your data-driven decisions "a breeze" and help you be a more effective partner to your community.
You'll find these suggestions in the "AI Insights" widget, located directly on your main Dashboard when you log in.
This widget is your "at-a-glance" hub for proactive pastoral care and administration. You might see insights like:
Member Engagement: "We've noticed 3 members who used to be regular attenders haven't been in a group or event in the last 6 weeks. [Click to see who]"
Pastoral Care: "A new prayer request has been submitted by [Member Name] and is waiting for follow-up."
New Givers: "[Member Name] made their first-time donation this week. You might want to send a 'Thank You' note."
Group Health: "The 'Tuesday Morning' small group has had 4 new people join in the last month. Great job!"
These insights aren't just data—they are simple prompts for you to take action, whether it's making a phone call, sending an email, or celebrating a win with your team.
