Evangel AI doesn't just answer questions — it also works proactively in the background, surfacing important patterns and opportunities before you even think to ask. These real-time suggestions appear in the Church Insights card on your main Dashboard.
Church Insights is available on the Complete plan (requires the AI_FEATURES entitlement).
Log in to EvangelOS and look for the Church Insights card on your Dashboard. It's marked with a Live AI badge to indicate it's actively analyzing your data in real time.
Insights are organized into four categories, each focused on a different dimension of your church's health:
Member Care: Flags members who may be disengaging — such as regular attenders who have gone quiet or members overdue for a pastoral check-in.
Communication: Highlights opportunities to follow up — for example, welcoming new members or responding to an unanswered inquiry.
Events: Surfaces trends in event attendance and participation that may need your attention.
Giving: Notifies you of notable giving activity, such as a first-time donor or a meaningful milestone worth acknowledging.
Each insight is assigned a priority — High, Medium, or Low — so your team can focus on the most urgent items first.
Every insight includes a Discuss with Church Insights button. Clicking it opens a conversation with the Evangel AI Assistant, pre-loaded with context about that specific insight — so you can dive deeper, ask follow-up questions, or get help drafting a response without starting from scratch.
You don't need to configure anything. Church Insights continuously and securely reviews your church's data — attendance, giving, group involvement, and member engagement — and surfaces the things most worth your attention in plain, actionable language. It's designed to help you care for your congregation proactively, so people don't quietly slip through the cracks.
