Understanding Your Dashboard


When you log in to EvangelOS, you'll always land on your Dashboard. We've designed this to be your command center, giving you a clear, at-a-glance view of your church's most important activities.

Let's walk through the different sections (or "widgets") you'll find.

1. Quick Actions

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see a set of Quick Actions. These are shortcuts to the tasks you'll likely use most often, saving you time. This is the fastest way to:

  • Add a new Member

  • Create a new Event

  • Send a new Communication (like an email or SMS)

2. Stats Cards

Just below your Quick Actions, you'll see a row of Stats Cards. These give you a real-time snapshot of your core metrics, such as the total number of members, your weekly attendance, or recent giving.

3. AI Insights

One of the most powerful parts of your dashboard is the AI Insights widget. This is Evangel AI working for you. It actively reviews your church's data and provides helpful, plain-English suggestions.

It might point out a drop in attendance for a specific group, highlight members who may be at risk of disengaging, or suggest sending a follow-up to new givers. It's your partner in making data-driven decisions, simply and automatically.

4. Upcoming Events

This widget shows you a simple list of what's coming up on your church calendar. You can quickly see the next few events without having to navigate to the full events page.

5. Recent Members

Welcome your newest members! This widget shows you the people who have most recently been added to your EvangelOS platform, making it easy to see who is new to the community.

6. Recent Communications

This widget gives you a quick look at the last few emails, text messages, or social media posts you've sent. It's a great way to quickly confirm that your message went out.
