EvangelOS includes two AI-powered tools to help you work smarter: the AI Assistant for questions and research, and the Content Writer for generating ministry content. Both are available on the Complete plan (AI_FEATURES).
The AI Assistant is your always-on conversational partner — ask it anything about your church data or ministry needs and get a plain-English answer in seconds.
How to open it: Click Evangel AI in the left sidebar. This opens the main chat interface where you can ask questions directly.
Example questions you can ask:
"Show me all members who live in the 70471 zip code."
"Who are the new members who joined in the last 30 days?"
"What was our total giving for the last quarter?"
"How many people are in the Volunteers group?"
"Summarize attendance for the Sunday Service over the last 4 weeks."
You can also click any of the suggested prompts on the page to start a conversation instantly.
The Content Writer is purpose-built for generating ministry communications — announcements, sermon outlines, social media posts, email drafts, and more.
How to access it: Navigate to Evangel AI → Content Writer from the sidebar (or go directly to the Marketing Assistant page).
Examples of what you can generate:
A welcome email for new members
A social media post for an upcoming event
A blog post outline on a ministry theme
An announcement for your bulletin or newsletter
Simply describe what you need, and the Content Writer will produce a polished draft you can copy, edit, and send.
