You've sent your emails, scheduled your social media posts, and texted your urgent alerts. But how do you know if anyone saw them? The Communications Analytics section of your dashboard closes the loop, showing you how your community is engaging with your messages.
This is your central hub for seeing what's working (and what's not), so you can become a more effective and efficient communicator.
Navigate to "Reporting & Analytics" from the main navigation menu on the left.
On the main dashboard, you will see the "Communications Analytics" section (this may be a set of charts or a specific tab).
Remember to use the Filter Toolbar at the top of the page to set your date range (e.g., "This Month") to see the most relevant data.
This dashboard brings all your communication data into one place, broken down by channel:
Email Analytics: For the emails you send, you'll be able to see key metrics like:
Open Rate: What percentage of people opened your email? This is a great indicator of how effective your subject line was.
Click Rate: Of those who opened it, what percentage clicked a link? This shows you how engaging your content was.
SMS (Text Message) Analytics: For your text messages, you can track:
Delivery Rate: What percentage of messages were successfully delivered to your members' phones?
Social Media Analytics: For your connected social media accounts, you can see a summary of your engagement, including metrics like:
Impressions: How many people saw your post.
Engagement: A combined look at your total Likes, Comments, and Shares.
These simple reports help you understand what your community is paying attention to, so you can spend your time on the messages that matter most.
